Nanoparticle Spray

Nano-particle Spray is used to make a type of paper that is waterproof, magnetic and anti-bacterial. This has been invented by Scientists at Italian Institute of Technology. Nano-particle spray contains a single molecule type called a monomer, this doesn't coat the entire sheet of paper, but forms a polymeric shell around each individual fiber of paper.

The paper can still hold ink on it because of the wax particles that are in the polymer. The wax particles make the paper sticky so that ink can still stick to it.

This paper can also be anti-bacterial, this is achieved by adding iron oxide nano particles to the polymer matrix; it's magnetic paper;silver nano particles give you anti-bacterial properties. Different nano particles could be added to make it self cleaning and fluorescent.
